 CHEAP LOOKING, THIN PLASTIC VINYL

I ALMOST PURCHASED THIS BAG ONLINE BECAUSE IT LOOKS SO CUTE BUT I FINALLY FOUND ONE AT MY LOCAL TOYS R US. I AM SO GLAD IT DID NOT BUY IT.
IT looks very very cheap. I grasp a phony leather look but this looks like poor quality cheap plastic vinyl. The photos online everyplace in truth give it a outstanding appearance. If you put anything in it of substance the handles will rip. the stitching is likewise not well made so given the size of the bag, only put lightweight things in it and do not stuff it. It genuinely isn’t worth the price at TRU either. Just an FYI, the clutch is the same way that matches this.

I got this bag for my little cousin (14) for christmas, and I may tell she will love it. Shipping time was good, it’s just as pictured and looks very nice. Good quality, seems durable, I’m sure it’ll be well received  . Only thing? They trade it for $[...] at toys r us .

Got this bag for my 14yr.olds birthday and she actually loves it.I found it to be larger in size then what the picture showed I was very much impressed with it.She will also used it as an over night bag.

great purse/bag

This is my second Timbuk2 bag for myself (my husband held “borrowing” my basi one). Although I have beauteous purses, I held choosing my Timbuk2. The fabric is pretty and the bag is well made and sturdy.

great bag

This is the best bag ever! I had the computer bag and wanted a littler “purse” size bag. It has a lot of pockets on the inside so there is a place for everything. Only downside is the adaptable strap is not that long so when it is crossed over the shoulder it sits somewhat higher than I would normally wear it. Its a downside but everything else makes up for it! Plus the padded shoulder strap makes it comfortable.

 2011 15″ MacBook Pro

Out of all of the bags I ordered, this was my bestloved messenger bag. This is a outstanding bag with the exception of the laptop compartment. There is NO padding on the bottom. I have a tendency to set my bags down with the bottom of the bag on the ground, counter, floor of the car, etc.
+ Nicely padded shoulder strap
+/- Side loading laptop compartment — no need to lift the flap, it has a distinguished zipper on the side.
+ Water bottle holder on side
+ Padded grab handle, decent sized, would work with gloves.
+ Pencil/pen holders underneath flap.
+ main compartment underneath flap has a big zipper, not similar to a established messenger, therefore this one must be somewhat waterproof.
- no cross strap if you are going to cycle with it and want to wear it like a traditionalisti messenger.
+ 15″ MacBook Pro 2011 fits loose in compartment, but is good with a sleeve (see my other reviews).
+ I believe there is sufficient space for a more prominent laptop.
+ Room for adapters, books, etc, but doesn’t appear overly large.
I sent this bag back. Specifically due to the lack of padding on the bottom of the laptop compartment. If this bag is updated, I would buy it in a heartbeat.

This is a quality bag that has plentiful open space yet has a fine selection of little pockets. It is more prominent than I thought.
